Delete Your JustanIdea! Account

You can delete your JustanIdea! account and personal data at any time. There are two ways to request deletion:

How to request deletion

In the app: open Settings → Delete Account. This cascade-deletes your account and all associated data.
By email: write to faabnoov@gmail.com from the address linked to your account and ask us to delete it.

What is deleted, and what is retained

When you delete your account, the following are permanently removed from our active database within 30 days:

your authentication record and profile;
your ideas and execution suggestions;
contact-form messages and reports you submitted;
your likes and bookmarks;
your push-notification tokens.

Your photos are removed from cloud storage within the same period.

Encrypted backup snapshots may retain a copy of your data for up to 30 additional days before they are purged on the standard backup-rotation schedule.

We retain Sentry crash events — which contain only your IP address and device identifiers, not your account content — for 90 days.
